Community Sourcer, AdventHealth
Angie’s background in Entertainment made her a perfect fit for Full Sail University’s Career Development Department – working with students, graduates, and the Entertainment Industry Employers seeking to hire them. As the University grew, Leadership recognized the need for a Faculty Recruitment Department and Angie was asked to helm this new ship. She served as a Faculty Recruiter for 10 years working with candidates in the full cycle realm as well as Sourcing candidates for the harder to fill degree programs. Shortly after her 13th year at Full Sail University an opportunity was presented to come in at the ground level of AdventHealth’s brand new Recruitment Sourcing Department. Two years later, she is now one of AdventHealth’s first Community Sourcers, a new role within the Organization. Angie creates strong, sustainable relationships with schools and community organizations to create candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume service lines within the Central Florida Region
