Experience Development Manager, Walt Disney World

For almost a decade, the Walt Disney Company's unique work culture has offered me opportunities to train and grow in multiple fields including Consumer Insights, Operations Management, Training and Development, Public Affairs, and Corporate Citizenship.

With my background in communications, I have extensive experience in writing, public speaking, and management. Because of my love of storytelling, I spent two years writing and speaking on behalf of The Walt Disney Company as a Walt Disney World ambassador.

After living abroad in China, I moved back to the States to join a travel technology startup. Joining an early-stage company provided me with sound product development and business education at lightning speed. I learned about the airline industry and used my knowledge to discuss value propositions, market analysis, and contract negotiations.

I am finally back "home" at the Walt Disney World Resort, where I serve as an Experience Development Manager in the Premium Services department. Along with my partners across the property, I work with Guests to create curated experiences for their families. My role is part sales, part logistics, part customer service, and part operations and delivery.

Outside of work, I am an avid traveler, a healthy lifestyle enthusiast, a sustainability proponent, and a lover of ice cream. I spend the free time I have left writing about my interests and providing career resources on my website www.caitwithoutborders.com.
