BRANDON RHODES

An experienced leader in the hospitality and tourism industry, Brandon has worked across multiple disciplines in global organizations and smaller startup companies. His mission is to help individuals identify and develop the people skills needed to grow in their careers. His work experience ranges from front-line operations leadership at Disney theme parks, training facilitator, and employee on-boarding. Currently, he serves as a Recruiter for Walt Disney World and has over 12 years of combined work experience at The Walt Disney Company. Prior to rejoining Disney in 2019, Brandon was the Fan Experience and Talent Manager for the Orlando Magic National Basketball Association (NBA) franchise where he led engagement and recognition initiatives for part-time employees of the Orlando Magic and Amway Center venue. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with a specialization in Human Resource and Workforce Development from University of Arkansas.
